The first step is to register with us, once you are approved you will be able to login and submit your articles (you will receive an email confirming this).
Once you are logged in you will see a section (in the left hand column) that says “Submit Information”. Click this and you will find a special form where you can enter your information.
You may be familiar with this type of form already (seen on many other sites), in which case you will have no problem in understanding all the many different features available.
If not, simply place a few words in the “Title” area (the headline of your story etc.), choose a Category where you want your advert to appear (in this case “Submit Information”) and then place more detailed information in the box below (there are two boxes, but you only need to use the first one called “intro text”)
Once you are satisfied with the information you have written, save it. There are two objects that appear just to the right of where it says “Frequently Asked Questions / Add Content” One is an “X” and the other looks like a “floppy disk”. Click the object that looks like a “disk” to save, and the “X” to cancel.
When the information has been saved, you will receive a message that tells you that this is awaiting approval.
Should your article be acceptable, it will appear in the News section as soon as it is approved.

). Please make sure the email clearly shows who you are (the name you registered with us) and what story it applies to (the title you used on your article).
